There are evenings when conversations just flow naturally. And then there are evenings when a game suddenly has everyone laughing together.
Thursdays at the Menagerie are all about this.
From 5 pm to 10 pm, we open our space for a playful evening full of encounters. Not a big party, not a loud club. More like a living room for adults, just with a few more options.
The focus is on simple games that everyone knows. And which suddenly develop a completely different dynamic as soon as flirtatious people are around.
Spin the Bottle.
Twister.
Strip Kicker.
Three classics that almost everyone has probably played at some point. Except here, the atmosphere is different. Sometimes you end up standing closer together than planned during Twister, sometimes a lost foosball goal leads to spontaneous challenges.
The evening is intentionally designed for newcomers. Many guests have a profile on Joyclub but have never attended an event. Thursday is a great opportunity for that.
Everything remains relaxed, manageable, and playful.
There’s no dress code. Come as you are. Some come straight from the office, others bring a nice outfit. Both are fine.
Singles, couples, and curious people meet here without any pressure. You can participate, watch, or simply start a conversation.
If you feel like it, stay longer.
If you’re just dropping by, you’re just as welcome.
The idea for the evening is that you don’t need a plan at all. Just come along spontaneously and see what happens. It’s that simple.

Dresscode
Come as you feel comfortable. It’s daytime – and it’s meant to stay light and uncomplicated.
Casual clothing is explicitly welcome: relaxed, casual, bar-appropriate. At the same time, everyone is free to express themselves however they feel – from subtly sexy to playfully revealing.
No clubwear required, no costumes required, no “you must.” What matters is simply this: well-groomed, respectful, and in tune with a relaxed bar atmosphere.
Beverages
Two complimentary drinks are included in the admission price for single men.
Couples and ladies pay for their own consumption.
Billing takes place when leaving the venue.
